About the Role
Volunteers are the engine of our campaign. Our Volunteer Coordinator recruits volunteers to our ranks, generates volunteer activities to further our campaign, and serves Missourians who need help from our campaign.
Minimum pay $20 per hour,
Benefits includes one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours work.
Good opportunity for those seeking part time work, but we are open to a full time commitment.

Requirements
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage large groups of people and provide individualized attention to ensure all participants have a good experience.
Demonstrated commitment to Missouri.
Willingness to learn.
Proficiency in communication by email, texts, and phone calls and in organizing via calendar programs and Excel. Knowledge of simple design programs preferred but not required.
Previous experience in a volunteer management setting and/or as a volunteer preferred but not required.
Knowledge of digital organizing and communication tools preferred but not required.
